Change Form (Tarzana)

  1. This form is for schedule changes only. Schedule changes are defined as moving one week to another.  There are no cancellations. Space is subject to availability.
  2. Upon submission of this form, the credit card provided will be charged the additional fees for any added weeks/days or schedule change fees (if submitted after the deadline for changes).
  3. There will be no schedule change fees for adding weeks/days to your camper's schedule.
  4. Changes must be an even exchange of number of days within one week to another week.  We are unable to switch one day to another within a week.
  5. If your child is currently on a transportation shuttle, he/she will be placed on same shuttle for added/changed dates.
