Week And Day Combinations
- Valley Trails Summer Camp asks that you enroll for a minimum of 2 weeks. (You may add additional weeks later, subject to availability.)
- For the summer of 2025, we are only offering a 5-day program (Monday-Friday), and a 4-Day (Monday – Thursday) program for Week 4 (Closed for July 4th).
What payment options are available?
At the end of the registration process, you will be asked to submit your non-refundable deposits to ensure your camper’s space for the summer of 2025. The Valley Trails online enrollment system accepts ACH (e-Check), Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
*Deposits
A $100 deposit per week / per camper is due when registering for Valley Trails Summer Camp. This non-refundable deposit will be applied towards your camp tuition.
If you would like to pay by cash or check, please contact the camp office prior to registering.
*NEW* Camper Protection Plan
As our camp sessions are non-refundable, we are excited to offer optional Camper Protection Plans for our camp families.
You will have the ability to select from 2 options:
Standard Plan – $43 per session
Enhanced Plan (Cancel for Any Reason) – $56 per session
Cancel for any Reason (CFAR) covers up to 75% of the non-refundable program costs provided you purchase the Cancel for Any Reason Benefit within the time sensitive period and you cancel your trip no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure date of your trip. Additional terms apply.
