Week And Day Combinations
- Valley Trails Summer Camp asks that you enroll for a minimum of 2 weeks. (You may add additional weeks later, subject to availability.)
- Valley Trails Summer Camp operates a 5-day per week program (except Week 4 due to Independence Day [4-day week])
What payment options are available?
At the end of the application process, you will be asked to submit your non-refundable deposits. The Valley Trails online enrollment system accepts ACH Payments, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
*Deposits
A $100 deposit per week / per camper is due when registering for Valley Trails Summer Camp. This non-refundable deposit will be applied towards your camp tuition.
If you would like to pay by cash or check, please contact the camp office prior to registering.
*NEW* Camper Cancellation Insurance
As our camp sessions are non-refundable, we are excited to offer optional Camper Cancellation Insurance plans for our camp families.
You will have the ability to select from 2 options:
Standard Plan (Covered Reasons) – $43 per session
Enhanced Plan (Covered Reasons and Cancel for Any Reason) – $56 per session
Cancel For Any Reason benefit (when conditions are met) allow you to cancel up to 2 (two days) before your scheduled session start date. Coverage is up to 75% on Cancel For Any Reason.
